Return Policy

The impeccable services of Salman Laundry makes sure we don’t knock your door second time for returns or refunds. We passionately hope our customers will be pleased with our services but just in case you are not, firstly we regret, secondly we abide to accept returns and refunds in accordance with the Returns and Refunds policies described in the following sections.

(a) Please notify us the receipt of a damaged/ defective Product or product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order within 24-hours of delivery of such a Product. If you are unable to do so within 24-hours, we shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order.
(b) Products should be unused.
(c) Photograph supporting the damage should be sent across to customer support to validate the same.
(d) If our verification indicates that your complaint is valid, we will arrange for the pick-up of the damaged/defective Product through our own logistics partner. If we are unable to do so, we will notify you of the same and you will be required to dispatch the Product using a reputed courier in your area within one (1) day of receipt of such notice. Courier freight charges will be reimbursed in such form as is determined by the logistics team upon prior consultation with us.
(e) If a Product returned is duly accepted by us, in our sole discretion, we will either repair the product or the value of such Product, as originally paid by you, will be refunded to you.
(f) All such refunds will be processed based on the mode of payment and either we or the approved payment gateway will credit your refunds directly to your debit/credit card or online accounts or provide you with a cheque in this regard. Refunds will be subject to the following terms: Orders paid online will be refunded within 7-21 working days through the online account or via cheque, depending on the then current circumstances as determined by us.Cash on Delivery payments, will be refunded via cheque.

CANCELLATION:

You may cancel the order up until the actual date of despatch without giving a reason.
Procedure to be followed to cancel an order – Customer may cancel an order at any time prior to the date of delivery. To cancel an order the customer must call customer service to request for a cancellation. The customer may be asked to email the cancellation request as well. Our Customer Service team will process the order cancellation and confirm the same within 5 business days. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of processing the cancellation.

WARRANTIES AND CLAIMS :

Our products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. We do not warrant against normal wear and tear, nor damage caused by accident, rough use or use which is inappropriate for a product. Within the warranty period, we will, at our sole option, repair or replace parts of the product that fail in normal use. Such repair or replacement shall not extend the warranty period which shall remain one year from the date of purchase.
Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labour, provided that the customer shall be responsible for any transportation cost.

This warranty does not apply to:

(i) Cosmetic damage, such as scratches, nicks and dents.
(ii) Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire or other acts of nature or external causes.
(iii) Damage caused by service not performed by us or
(iv) Damage to a product that has been modified or altered. To obtain warranty service, please contact our customer service.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Do you cover my area?
• Salman Laundry is expanding quickly and we are adding new coverage areas. We currently serve in all areas.

Do I get a receipt for my order?
• Of course, you do. you can view your final invoice in our app and website. In case you need a copy of the invoice inform our customer care before the delivery and we will send it with your clothes.

How long does it take?
• We aim to collect your clothes, clean them to a professional standard and get them back to you all within 48,72 and 120 hours-Wash and Fold, Wash and Iron and Dry Cleaning respectively. If you’d prefer we went a little slower then that’s not a problem – just let us know when you want your clothes back.

I am not sure how it should be cleaned?
• Don’t worry, we’re experts at dealing with this situation! As long as the items are placed in a black bag on collection, we will clean all items in accordance to the manufacturer’s instructions and to what would create the best end result. If there’s any doubt or we can’t find a care label, we’ll return the item to you uncleaned so there’s no possibility of damage to your items.

How can I pay?
• We currently accept cash and card.

What happens if I leave personal items in my pockets?
• We usually check it at the time of pickup, but in case we missed something, we will keep it aside and call you to inform.

Can I cancel my order?
• No problem! Just go to the Orders page and select Cancel Order.

What chemicals and detergents do you use? Can I make a request?
• We usually use industrial grade detergents. But if you specifically make a request we will use the detergent you desire.

What if I am not at home when you drop the laundry?
• No worries. We will contact you before we start to make sure you are at home. Only then we start and drop your laundry.

Can I have a fast laundry delivery service?
• Yes for the little busy people, we have Express laundry delivery service. This premium delivery services brings back your laundry within 24 hours from the time of pick up. The price is double.
